Grounding my macbook air
When I got my macbook air I noticed that you can have an ungrounded plug adapter inserted into the brick or have a cord with a grounded plug inserted. What are the differences in using these different plugs?

can I use the non-grounded portion of my 60W magsafe charger in Europe without running the risk of damaging my macbook pro 13"?
I am traveling to Europe from the US and I plan on bringing my MacBook Pro 13". I only want to bring the smaller portion of my 60W magsafe charger to take up less room. Will I run the risk of damaging my computer if I don't bring the Ground plug portion of my charger? Or will it not matter? FYI the ground plug portion is the three prong part compared to the non-grounded two prong part.

What do I need to use my Macbook Air laptop in Europe?
Low tech woman seeks simple answers and solutions for bringing my Mac Air laptop on a plane to Germany and being able to travel to nearby countries and have the power cord and voltage be compatible. I saw something online for an airplane power mag cord which can be used. I saw the World Travel Kit for Apple online, but I'm not sure if this is overkill. What's the minimum requirements I will need?

Macbook Air 11" 2012 - Converter for SE Asia?
I have an 11" Macbook Air that I bought in January 2012 in Canada. I am currently in SE Asia and am wondering if I need to use a converter to charge it? Other posts I have seen have said it is not necessary so I have plugged it in with an adapter and the battery got extremely hot, is this from not having a converter, or is something wrong with my computer?

Can I use the 45w magsafe power adapter for my 15" macbook AIR?
Yeesh. Why is this so hard to figure out? I needed a replacement for my 15" air, and this 45w that came looks awfully small. Will it harm my macbook air to use a 45w? Will it charge? Thanks for your help!

Can I use the power connector from an old 2006 13" Macbook on a new 11" macbook air with the MagSafe to MagSafe2 converter?
I have an old 2006 Macbook with the original Magsafe power adapter charger and I'm buying a new 11" Macbook Air, which comes with the new Magsafe 2. I wanted to know if I should buy the optional Magsafe to Magsafe-2 converter? Will the converter work with a charger as old as the original 2006 Magsafe? Could it damage the macbook air at all?
