How exactly is this keyboard different from EN keyboard?
I'm using an Apple Wireless Keyboard (US) but I'm interested in using the Italian version at home. But by reading the product description and looking at the photos on the product page, I can't tell how the Italian version is different from the US version.

is the international English best suit for me
I use about 7 different languages when writing, also Polish. My problem is that when I change the language to Polish on my I Pad (hoping to be corrected with the polish signs) instead of "Z" I got "Y"... can I change it somehow? And what's the difference between the international and UK English keyboard.
I say thank you .

Is there an option to change keyboard input to Polytonic (ie, ancient) Greek when using with iPad?
My trusty MacBook allows me easily to switch between UK English and Polytonic Greek keyboards when writing, but the on-screen keyboard on my iPad does not. My purchase of an iPad keyboard depends on this feature.

Does this use the same keyboard "skin" protector as the non-wireless Apple Keyboard?
Both keyboards look identical, the only difference is that one is wireless and the other is not. There are keyboard "skins" (protector covers) made for the non-wireless keyboard. I want to know if I can buy that same protector for this new wireless keyboard.

How easy is it to pair this keyboard with multiple devices?
I'd like to be able to use it (at different times) with a MBP, iphone or ipad. I'm wondering if that's easy to do (say by simply toggling bluetooth on and off on each device), or if the keyboard would only let itself be 'paired' with a single device at a time and if I'd have to go through a re-pairing process every time I changed.
