I feel you can get a wireless mouse that has buttons for all the swipes already. Can someone, with one, tell me if it is really worth changing?
This mouse looks pretty sweet, but is it actually easier, or more intuitive than a normal mouse? A concern I have is that I use new MacBook, and the new trackpad uses similar, but different, gestures and I fear I will confuse them when switching back and forth.

How good is the magic mouse's latency?
Every bluetooth mouse I have used in the past (both on OS X and Windows) had an annoyingly long latency. In other words, there's a small (but noticeable) delay between moving your mouse and seeing the cursor move, which gives the feeling that the cursor is struggling to keep up. I am wondering how good this mouse is in this respect.

How well does the Magic Mouse work for VFX work (like with Motion or AE)? I want a good mouse, but don't know if this has the precision I want.
The Magic Mouse is good for web browsing and stuff like that, but I don't know if it has the precision in Video Editing as I would like.

Can this be used as a trackpad as opposed to moving the mouse itself?
I like the design of this mouse, but I'm not interested if I still have to move it. Since its multi-touch, I would expect the surface to work like trackpad...it just makes sense. I was wondering if this was possible because I didn't see it demonstrated in the video.

Is this mouse good for gaming, like Black Ops and Battlefield BC2. Can I change the setting to one-click (one finger) right click for these kind of FPS games on Windows 7?

Is it made out of the same surface as the Mighty Mouse? The mighty mouse didn't move very fluently .
I owned the mighty mouse, and I was disappointed on how well it moved on my mouse pad surface. My mouse pad is a professional gaming mousepad (which I no longer use for gaming). I was just wondering if it moves any better around the mousepad?

Would the Apple Magic Mouse work with First Person Shooter Games?
I am looking into a mouse for my MacBook and need something that would be good for first person shooter games. The Magic Mouse looks awesome but I am wondering if it would function with these types of games.

How fast??
I got the "old" Mighty Mouse, and I don't think it's so fast. When you move it, it doesn't react that fast and that's a problem for me 'cause i like to draw a lot. So I was wondering if it's a bit faster, when it comes to reaction (even if it's wireless).

Will this mouse be available with a cable?
My doctor told me to avoid anything wireless. So I have my computers on Lan and I have no cordless telephones. I have an Iphone but I keep in in flight mode whenever possible. Now I would really like to have this magic mouse. But it only seems to come with bluetooth. Will it ever come out without bluetooth and with a cable?
