will this adapter fit a Bose ipod docking system so an ipod touch can be used with the old dock

Years ago, I bought an ipod classic and a bose docking system to use with it. I now have an ipod touch which does not fit the bose system. Is there something I can buy that will fit the ipod touch so it can fit the bose docking system?

what dock adapter do I use for my 2nd generation 2gb nano

I have a bose soundock 1. Lost the insert to support my nano when I bought a 5th gen nano that wouldn't play or charge on it. Need to replace it so I can play the old one. How do I find the one that fits?
