Can I install Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 on the new Mac Book Pro, it doesn't have a DVD-ROM?

I have the new Mac Book Pro with the Retina Display, it does not have a DVD-ROM.
Can I install Adobe Photoshop Elements 11? I received this as a Christmas gift and was wondering if I can do the install on line if I have the serial numbers??
