Does this print from the iPad if i am not on a wifi connection on site at a customer house? how do I set that up

I have an ipad3 and will be needing to print out invoices for the customer to sign on site at their house. I need to be able to set it up i think through a bluetooth unless the printer can pick up the internet from my iPad? Please help with this so I know the best printer to buy for what I need to do.

If your WiFi is down, is there a USB/FireWire port that you can plug a cable in to to connect directly to your computer and print it?
