About serial number

I bought this(color looks like blue) at the retail store
But I can't find the serial number on its battery cap and inside
Should i check the box? Originally, isn't the serial number on battery cap and inside of left side?

pictures of this headphone in beats homepages and this page looks differ.
Pictures on beats homepage, it has a word "studio" above an ear cap, And it also has "beat" inside, But on this page it hasnt.
Is it new type or something!?
