How does the iFusion work with an incoming skype call?

I use Skype for a home business. I work from both my desktop and iPhone. How does the iFusion handle incoming Skype calls?

We have a landline in the office and an iPhone. For mobile two separate phone plans can the iFusion work as one unit eg a land line / mobile on number

Can we use the iFusion as a land line in the office and take the iPhone out of the docking station to use as a regular mobile and receive calls from the land line

Separate Bluetooth Headset when Docked?

Can You use a separate Bluetooth Headset when the Unit is Docked? Also looks like the Headset is corded, Why would they make a corded Headset if the Unit works on Bluetooth?
