I don't have wifi in my house and use the internet through my phone. Am I still able to use the ibaby monitor or do I need to go and get wifi?

I want to know if this ibaby monitor can use in China?And my iphone is also bought in China,is it available to connect with the camera?

Our country voltage is 220V,do I need to buy a voltage converter?I'm afraid if I don't use a converter,the camera will be burned.And if my camera use WIFI in home,my iphone use 3G network or my office WIFI,does it work?I very need to know the answer,please help me.

Is there back up access to the video? Like a sim card? Do I have access to go back a few days to review footage?

Is there another device(i.e. stationary monitor) whereby you can view the baby? For example, if I need to leave a monitor with babysitter.

I'd like to be able to leave a stationary monitor with a baby sitter while I take my iPhone with me. We have a two story house and it's sometimes hard to hear the baby crying upstairs if you don't have a monitor with you downstairs.
