Are the Back side of the cover snaps (inside) covered so the snaps do not scratch the Mac?

Will this hold my Ipad2 with its Belken keyboard folding cover? Dimensions with the Belken cover are 1 1/4 in deep, 10 1/2 in long and 8 in wide.

Can the new retina display macbook pro fit in this?

I've been having a hard time looking for a designer sleeve for my Mac but I love the MK ones & I would love one of them to be able to fit it.
