Some non-Apple ipod docks/clocks make an very intrusive low whining noise. Is this device quiet when required?
I can't sleep in the same room as the Sony ipod dock because of the whine.

Does this product work on a 240V 50HZ power supply?
I live in New Zealand which uses 240V power supply. This product is not available on the NZ Apple store. It looks like exactly what I'm after, but I need to know whether it's compatible with my countries power supply. Thanks.
