How low does it measure down to for low blood pressure sufferers
I have low bp and suffer from bouts of low bp and many machines don't go down low enough.

Does withings provide an invoice clearly stating it's a blood pressure monitor so that I can claim through ny Australian Private Health Fund?
If I buy a traditional BP monitor from a chemist I can claim the cost through my Medibank Private health fund. Is this BP monitor the same in this respect i.e. comes with a detailed invoice etc?
