What sort of material is the watch?

I would like the watch band, but am wondering how comfortable it is. I would like to wear it everyday, but i am not sure if it suitable for that. Does it rub? Irritate? Leave marks on the skin?

Is it easy to remove the ipod nano from the watch band?

The description points out how easy it is to snap the ipod nano into the watch band, is it also easy to remove?

I use my ipod to play music in my car, so I have to be able to pop it off and pop it back onto the wrist band.
