Multiple IPad Sets with multiple iTunes Accounts on a iPad Cart

Is the way to to sync iPad2 1-10 set with one iTunes account and have iPad2 11-20 Set with another iTunes account and finally iPad2 21-30 set without Apps loading onto the other 2 sets but the intended iPad2 Set using the same MacBOOK?

Does this unit have a feature that when armed would trigger an audible alarm if an iPad is removed?

Seems like a great solution for any enterprise utilizing iPads for their staff to check in or check out.
Not only educational groups, but medical too. I wonder if used in a small hospital if it has the ability of sounding an audible alarm if an unauthorized person removes a docked iPad.

It seems that for almost $3K that such a feature couldn't possibly cost too much to include.
