    Yes, it does. You just have to install the airport drivers with the CD-ROM for it to work properly. I have used my time capsule for a year now as a server drive for people using OS X, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. All platforms work just fine. The only modern OS that I am aware of that doesn't function properly with it is Linux; but if you're tech savvy enough I'm sure there's even a way to do that.

  • According to a thread at the Apple Support forums (I would link but I'm not allowed to do so; just google the words "Topic : Windows 7 and Time Capsule"... it's the first result), a dual band TC with the latest firmware installed will NOT work with Windows 7.

    It seems this is something Apple could fix with a firmware update but at time of writing, a fix has not yet been announced.
