Will this work with a wireless cable modem? If so, how, and what settings should I use?
I have a wireless modem that was given to me by Time Warner when I got my internet service from them. I know it will work with a cable modem, but I ask my question because my cable modem already has wireless capability. So, would this work or would it interfere with the existing wireless signal or would it not work?
Basically, I just want everything to connect to the airport express and to not connect directly to the cable modem. Is this possible, and if so, how and what do I need to know?

If the T-W box is a wireless modem now providing a wireless Wi-Fi network or signal, yes an AirPort Extreme will be able to join or extend that.
If the T-W box is a wireless modem/router, you can disable its wireless function without disabling its modem function and use the AirPort Extreme to replace that wireless function. Use the T-W web-based management tool to "Disable" the box's wireless (it just needs the setting changed), and use your Ethernet cable to connect the AirPort Extreme (no Ethernet cable included) to the T-W box's "modem" port. Then setup the Extreme to create a new wireless network.
First install the software to your computer that meets the above listed System Requirements for Setup and Admin.
