    I assume this is the same as Entourage. You can sync Entourage with Mail and Ical which in turn be be synced with your iphone.
    You can also do this through a gmail account which can be a little tricky or most simply through a mobileme account

  • No. You need a Microsoft Exchange Server to sync between Outlook and your iPhone.

    You can not sync the calendar without an exchange server
