Will car charger for Ipad 2 work with new Ipad?

  • Just bought one and can confirm the incase mini car charger works well. It is worth noting that the packaging does not specify the output voltage nor compatibility with iPad 2 second gen.

  • New iPad is 10v iPad 2 is 5v. Check the output of the charger.

    Eg.

    Belkin 2-Port Car Mini Charger with ChargeSync Cable

    Is fine.

    Griffin PowerJolt Dual for iPad, iPhone and iPod

    Is not.
