One thing to note about this upgrade is that the speed increase is dramatically visible in more intense video projects in FCS or large format photos in Aperture. If you primarily use Adobe software, you will still be happier with the NVidia GeForce GTX 285. Adobe utilizes the CUDA architecture and is not as optimized for ATI. Apple optimizes for ATI and NVidia, but ATI cards for Apple currently offer more power. Openmark benchmarks should be floating around the xlr8 your mac forum.
