Airport is Apple's implementation of WiFi. All current Macs include WiFi capability built-in. You would also need a WiFi base station, which links your wireless network to the rest of the world. If you don't already have one of these, check out Apple's Airport Express, Airport Extreme, and Time Capsule products.

Or, you can connect your computer to wired ethernet via the Cat-5 RJ45 cable you already have.
