whats better the iRig or the Line 6 for ipad?

They're pretty different. The Mobile In is a high quality digital audio interface with best-in-class dynamic range, and it works with the free Mobile POD app which includes many more amp, speaker, and effects models, and a much much larger library of guitar rig tones. iRig is an analog adapter that re-uses the telephone voice circuit, has much higher noise (which is a big issue with high-gain guitar distortion tones), and the free AmpliTube iRig app has a much smaller set of models and tones.
