is simple my friend, one is connected to the device, and another goes to the jack of your stereo, speakers, or whatever you want

One is for the auxiliary input in either you car or stereo that fit this plug in. Most commonly seen in cars as what appears to be a headphones jack, with the abbreviation AUX sometimes next to, above , or below it.
