What is the estimated battery life for the wireless keyboard and mouse?

I am concerned that if I have to go through to many batteries, not a green solution, then I might be better off with a wired keyboard.

Depending on usage you should expect 2 to 3 months of life. Actual battery life is a function of many factors including battery quality. Remember, you CAN use rechargeable batteries which is a very 'green' tactic these days.

  • I'm using "Energizer" battery in my Apple Wireless Keyboard for approx. 25-30 days (always ON) before I have to replace them.

  • From what I've found, the wireless keyboard has lasted 1 month, with around 7 hours use a day, maybe more. I have been using Duracell Double A's.
