what in-ear headphones are compatible with the older iPhone 3G, not just the iPhone 3GS?

The Scosche IDR355md Increased Dynamic Range Noise Isolating Earphones with Remote and Microphone lookes great but I only have the 3G not the 3GS iPhone. I presume this means the 3G will not be capable of using the 3GS functions. So, what I am looking for is an in-the-ear-canal headphone for the iPhone 3G. Any suggestions?

    I own the Scosche IDR 355MD and they are perfect.
    The volume controls do not work with that generation Iphone but the stop / Play / next song / previous song work great and the sound is fabulous and the different sizes plugs allow to fit your ear and they stay in when I ride my bike. They also block so much outside noise (maybe not best when riding...oh well.... good music played on great sound is great :))
