Bowers and WIlkins P5. They give off a true and pure sound. It is a pretty steep price to pay, but you are getting premium materials such as sheepskin and aluminum. It has a very subtle, sophisticated, elegant, and executive looking style to it.

Check if your hearing aids have any sort of hearing loop or electrical audio connection. You maybe able to link them directly to the device, providing better audio quality and a simpler more reliable system less prone to feedback and other annoyances. Apple's accessibility for iPods page suggests a product called TecEar Music Link for hearing aids supporting T-coil inductive loops, which are available in mono and stereo varieties. All iPod and iPhone headphones and headsets are fully compatible with all versions of iPad.
