Square website says a GPS chip is required but I've heard Ipad wifi-only devices don't have a GPS chip. Can I use a wifi-only Ipad with Square?

    Yes, it will work with WiFi only iPad, as long as you have a WiFi Signal. It needs to have access to some kind of data, either WiFi or Cellular, in order for the card reader to work.
