Since 2011 the issue of tight fit for 15 inch Macbook pro with a hardshell Speck case zipped up; has manufacture made the easement adjustment in 2012?

From a former review in 2011, the MacBook with Speck hard case will not fit easily zipped up. Wonder if manufacturer has addressed this concern.
