Re-install of Mac Home and Student 2011 on new Macbook.

I have brought the single user Mac Home and Student 2011 and have installed it on my old Macbook Air (2 weeks old). Due to some faults, I need to trade-in the old Macbook Air and purchase a new machine.

Can I re-install the Mac Home and Student 2011 single user into the new machine?
