Multiple AirPort Expresses on 1 Airport Extreme

My Primary network is through an Airport Extreme. I have an existing Airport Express which I use to drive PC speakers for iTunes music and as an Ethernet connection for my DirecTV DVR. This Express connects to network wirelessly.

I want to add another ethernet connection in yet another room. Will my Airport Extreme be able to "drive" two different Airport Expresses wirelessly?

The existing Express and Extreme are the current models in the Apple Store.

Thank you and have a nice day.

As long as its the same music from iTunes then no problem. Using ethernet on the second wouldn't be a problem either. Either extend or join your Airport Extreme again.
If you wanted to have different music on each express you'd need two iTunes serving each one, and two Macs.
