microsoft office with multiple users on 1 mac

Hi,

I want to purchase microsoft office for my new macbook pro. I have setup separate account for myself and one other person on the machine

According to the license agreement it is licensed for 1 user & 2 installs.

If I buy & install microsoft office does that mean that only 1 user will be able to use microsoft office? Alternatively, does the one user refer to one machine?
