Yes you can. After installing Office Mac, you can import the MS pst file. Depending on how much data you have in the pst file, you may have to split the file by saving contacts, emails, and calendar into separate pst files (to reduce their size), and then import them individually. This can be time consuming, and you will end up with imported subfolders that may have to be sorted.
Be sure to run an error check on the pst file first (on your MS computer) before you start importing anything. At times, the error check will clear all import obstacles, at times it will not. As anything, Office for Mac is just as temperamental as MS office. A lot of patience (and time) is required.
