Is this the longest version of this cable set?

If this is the longest version of this cable, can you string tow of them together? (I need about a 10 ft. extension)

    This is the longest run extension cable and you won't be able to string two of these cables together and get signal as Mini DisplayPort transfers high bandwidth data and requires enough power to go through the display and anything above 6ft won't boost the signal, therefore you'll experience lost of signal or any other issues.
