  • If it is the same as the one made for the 3gs, then yes, it is a matte finish. It makes everything a little fuzzy so it is not good if you read fine print or want that crystal clear picture. It does work for anti glare since it disperses the reflection though.

  • Yes it should be, I do not now for sure but generally anti-glare means a matte finish
