Is this keyboard suitable to learn to play piano on?

This keyboard, when used with GarageBand '11, is an excellent way to learn how to play piano. The tutorials and lessons on GarageBand make it easy to learn, and the full-sized keys feel just like a normal piano feels. (obviously not all pianos feel the same, but they have a general feel to them, which this keyboard also has.)
I would recommend this keyboard to anyone who is wanting to learn how to play the piano. For only $99, why wouldn't you get one?
