  • Yes.
You can pair it with any MacBook, even while it is simultaneously paired with your iPhone (or other cellphone). The unit will intelligently switch between sources, e.g.: from music on a laptop to the iPhone when you get a call.

The manufacturer's website provides information on compatibility with computers under "PC Compatibility" (navigate to /headsets/ere/specs):

    MyTALK apps & software updates
    Windows 7, Vista XP
    Mac OSX 10.5 and higher

and more detail on specific technologies under "Bluetooth":

    Bluetooth V2.1 compliant
    Range up to 33 ft (10 m)
    Support Enhanced Data Rate (EDR)
Profiles Supported: Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) 1.2, Hands-Free Profile (HFP) 1.5, Headset Profile (HSP) 1.1
Supports Simultaneous Multipoint (two live audio connections)

  • The manufacturer doesn't support this headset on any computers (Mac or otherwise).

I haven't been able to get it to work on a MacBook Pro 7,1 or on my work Win7 laptop. It pairs but doesn't get much farther.
