Is this compatible with windows 7 operating system??

I have apple MacBook pro as well as IPad and I Phone.

But also working on an Asus laptop with windows 7 professional, and HP with windows XP.


Would like to have all working in concert.
Is this just a consumers wish and corporate America's glee to prevent harmony?
