Is the remote on these able to access and communicate with Siri like other "3-Button" earphones?

Yes, there is no reason it shouldn't - I can't answer definitively since I'm using an iPhone 4 which doesn't have Siri, but it definitely does activate the Voice Control feature which Siri goes on to replace in the 4S and later.

yes it was made for iphone there for it supports siri and if you buy any headphones from the apple store that have the remote then it will be able to use the features on the iPhone
