is power supply both working with 110V and 220V ?

    In theory yes. BUT!
    I would get a power inverter from your local RadioShack just to be on the safe side. It's about $45-50 and you can sleep assured that your investment and your data is safe from power related failures.
    I have used a World phone with it's "universal" 100-240V charger in europe and on my return to the US the charger would not power my phone anymore.
    It's just my 2 cents. Good luck!
