Is it two times mono in the end or two times stereo?

2 x mono, which is what you actually need if DJing in a club/with PA speakers a distance apart as tracks that have instruments panned hard left or right will sound odd in stereo.

2 mono. This cable basically breaks out left and right into 1/8" connectors. The dj app is sending two different mono mixes. Even if you are using 2 speakers or left and right of your headphones, the mix is mono.

Neither, it appears to be splitting into left and right channels. The left is the live track, right the cued track. At least that is what happens if you use earphones. Presumably, the griffin product gives left channel at the output and both channels for your headphones to help premixing better.
