is it compatible with any standard blood pressure cuff?

    The end of the cuff which plugs into the dock must be the same diameter. That is the way the dock supplies the power to inflate the cuff. That is what will determine if another cuff will work. I don't know if the dock cuff connector diameter is unique to their product only or is a standard size.
