PocketFinder Personal GPS Locator (Powered by LBT)

Unfortunately, no. For the time being, PocketFinder devices cannot transmit GPS location information without the use of a cellular network. The device would be able to provide near real time location information up to the point where you lost cellular signal, but not beyond that.
It's also worth mentioning that if you lose cellular connectivity, the device will still capture and store GPS location information, it just won't transmit it. However, when the device is able to reconnect with a cellular network, all of the stored data will be uploaded to your account.
