Per the EULA (End User License Agreement) you can install and activate on up to two of your personal computers (e.g. a laptop and a desktop)

The licensing rules stipulate that you are allowed to install the software on two computers.

Be advised , I have the new imac and upgraded to Adobe 11 & premier 11 . After about 11 very long hours of talking with and and working with adobe customer service . They did a remote hook up to my system where they actually did the y steps , they finally acknowledged that there is a compatibility issue where you will not be able to use elements to it's fullest extent .... I'm currently waiting to see if I can get refunded for this item . I have an open case with Adobe . They say they are working on a patch to solve the issue . waiting 2 weeks now
