Yes the Jabra can work with both of your phones, It can be paired with 7 devices and can switch between two devices at the same time, so one person can be on a call and then when that call ends the 2nd device then can be used for another call. If it switches between one device and another when both phones are being used at the same time then one of the calls is put on hold or disconnected from the Jabra.
Once the Jabra is powered on then there is no need to press buttons to turn the Jabra on or off. It automatically turns on and connects to the paired phones when you get into your car and off when you get out.
Be warned though, the Jabra has a very good Bluetooth range and better than anything I have ever owned, I found this out when I parked the car up, crossed the road to go to the shops and whilst in the shop I was still connected to the Jabra.

It certainly will. It can be connected to both at the same time.
