I have U-verse, my television viewing is run through my router, with ethernet instead of coaxial. Can i still backup if i turn the capsule router off

wish to backup wirelessly, but I fear I can not if routing is configured through my U-verse router... and Television is more important than wireless backup...

  • Yeah, you can back up without wifi by connecting [mac,pc,external storage] to the TC using the USB 2.0 on the back
