I do not run, but I walk a lot. Would this still benefit walkers as much as it does runners?

PEAR Sports Customer Support: A majority of the workouts are meant for running specifically. However our system uses heart rate based training which is based on you. As a user you could do some of the running workouts but be walking and hit the target zones. We do have one fitness walk which is 80 minutes long. Then a free format workout that has no coaching but will record all your data. Walking and walkers is an area that we are looking to have a few more workouts generated for.
