How would you rate the clarity of the music, 5 being really good and 1 not good at all ?

I have a first generation Ipod touch. I purchased a less expensive transmitter and the clarity was horrible. I am wondering if it is worth spending the money on this. Thank you.

    Clarity is a 4.5, the best any FM transmitter can be. You get the best music quality when you're 'tuning' to a radio frequency that has NO RECEPTION. Find a frequency that's ABSOLUTELY static, and then set your iTrip to that same frequency, to get the best results
