How much lumens has the Phillips Hue?

  • Per the manufacturer, Hue produces 600 Lumen when turned on at full brightness. This is equivalent to a 50 Watt bulb. Hue draws only 8 Watts of power to produce 600 Lumen output!

  • According to other sources, they are 600 lumens. However, the color temperature of the white shades will "affect" the appearance of the light output. Typically the higher the color temperature... the area will appear brighter...proof? try to find pictures of streets/roadways that are lit with 5000K or cool white LEDs. Compare them to the warmer color temps of 2700K that streets were lit with by other lamp types prior to LEDs .
