How many mac books can I back up? I would like to back up a minimum of three, I understand it has the ability to back up two but what is the limit?

    Any External hard drive can be partitioned as many times as you want it to. So in theory, you may back up a virtually unlimited number of mac books. Of course, the more mac books you back up on this drive, the less space you will have per mac book.
