How do i backup content from one computer to another.

I have a powerbook and a macbook air and want to transfer images from iPhoto from air to the powerbook which has a bigger memory

I can't seem to read the information or see how to transfer or recover backup to the other computer.

    A) You can restore an old Mac's backup to a new Mac via the Snow Leopard installation disc, which will wipe you entire new Mac and replace it with the contents from the old mac.

    B) If both old and new Macs are functional you could just use a USB drive to copy the data from one to the other, OR share a folder from one Mac on the network and connect to that shared folder on your network and copy the data that way.
