How can I use Mic ?

Everytime when I try to answer my phone call via Apple earphone, but seems the microphone not working at all. my friends always complain no sound from my phone.
How can I use the earphone microphone(I know the microphone is on the other side of the volume control).
If you know, Pls feel free to let me know

  • I think that there may be an error with your microphone...because they should just automatically work. I use mine for my iPod Touch 32G and when I make voice memos i hear the sound clearly. If youre using the iPhone try making a voice memo to see if its the headphones or the phone.
